This website is operated by Ramavatar Yadav, trading as Jaipuri Kurtis (referred to as “Jaipuri Kurtis”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
2. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions, sizes and availability accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and lighting. Products may be withdrawn, updated or become unavailable without prior notice. An order is accepted only after we confirm it.
3. Pricing, taxes and offers
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change before an order is placed. Eligible quantity and prepaid offers are applied automatically according to the offer rules shown at checkout. Offers cannot be converted into cash and may not be combined unless specifically stated.
4. Payments and Cash on Delivery
We accept supported online payments through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (“COD”) where available. Online payment information is processed by the payment provider; we do not store complete card or banking credentials. Prepaid orders receive free shipping. COD orders currently include a Rs.100 COD handling charge, displayed before the order is placed.
5. Order confirmation and cancellation
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if a change or cancellation is required. We can cancel an order only before it has been packed or handed to the courier. We may cancel and refund an order because of stock, pricing, payment-verification or delivery-service issues.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within India. Delivery normally takes 5–7 business days after order confirmation, but remote locations, public holidays, weather and courier disruptions may affect this estimate. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Wrong, damaged, defective or materially different products will be handled in accordance with applicable law. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Website content—including branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs and software—is owned by or licensed to Jaipuri Kurtis. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, policies or applicable requirements. The revised version becomes effective when published with an updated date.
